Designed for couples, this honeymoon trip blends calm evenings in Gangtok and Darjeeling with high altitude lakes, monasteries, and ropeway views. It keeps travel time comfortable while still delivering strong Himalayan scenery and local culture.
Arrival in Gangtok
Your romantic journey begins with a pickup from NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport and a comfortable transfer to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. After checking into your hotel, you can rest and relax. In the evening, you're free to take a romantic walk around MG Marg or enjoy a cozy dinner at one of the local cafes.
Excursion to Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir
After breakfast, you'll depart for a day trip to Tshangu Lake, a stunning high altitude glacial lake surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery. You'll also visit the nearby Baba Mandir, a revered temple that holds special significance. Please note that Nathula pass is an optional add-on and is not part of the base package, and foreign nationals are not allowed there. You'll return to Gangtok by evening for your overnight stay.
Gangtok City Highlights and Transfer to Darjeeling
Start your day with a ropeway ride over the city if operational, offering panoramic views of Gangtok. You'll visit the beautiful Do Drul Chorten monastery, followed by the Flower Show complex where you can admire local blooms. The Handicraft and Handloom centre offers a chance to see and purchase local crafts. In the afternoon, you'll enjoy a scenic drive to Darjeeling and check into your hotel there.
Darjeeling Sightseeing
Begin your day with an early morning visit to Tiger Hill for a spectacular sunrise view. You'll then visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, explore the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoo, Tenzing Rock, and the Tibetan Refugee Centre. The day also includes an outer view of the tea gardens, a ropeway ride, and visits to the Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. An optional toy train ride is available on a direct payment basis.
Departure from Darjeeling
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll be transferred to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey, ending your romantic honeymoon tour with beautiful memories.

What's Included
Your journey includes a private vehicle reserved only for you throughout the trip, allowing you to travel at your own pace. All transportation requirements from arrival to departure are fully arranged. Parking fees at every sightseeing point are included so you don't have to worry about local charges. GST is already covered inside the package. All transport taxes are taken care of as well, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted travel.
What's Not Included
Travel insurance is not included in the package and can be arranged separately if required. Laundry services during the journey are not part of the package. Anything that is not listed under inclusions is considered excluded. Entry fees to sightseeing locations are to be paid directly by guests. Guide charges, if availed, are not included. Room heaters provided by hotels on request are chargeable according to hotel policy.

Cancellation Policy
- •Cancellations made more than fifteen days before arrival will incur a charge of twenty five percent of the total package cost.
- •Cancellations made between fifteen days and five days before arrival will incur a charge of thirty five percent of the total package cost.
- •Cancellations made between five days and one day before arrival will incur a charge of fifty percent of the total package cost.
Hotel & Transportation
- •Transportation is provided strictly on a point-to-point basis as per the confirmed itinerary.
- •If a listed hotel is sold out at the time of booking, a hotel of the same or similar category will be provided without compromising on the stay experience.
